Create to Connect – Eden
Eden District Council is working alongside local artist, Simon Whalley, on a community art project called Create to Connect. The project will focus on the sharing of how involvement in art and all things creative is helping people cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. The culmination of the project will be the development of an online showcase of the creative work individuals have been involved with over the last few months.

The project reflects a national initiative led by the Arts Council called Create to Connect, which demonstrates a range of resources being produced every day through May. The project is running from the 18th of May until the 31st of August and Eden District Council is setting aside a small budget which can be accessed to help develop creative ideas.
