Alston Moor Parish Council’s letter to the Rt Hon Yvette Cooper MP, sent the day after her appointment as Health Secretary, enclosing the letter to the Prime Minister. Adds the Project Gigabit broadband strand and asks for a meeting with a small delegation, alongside the joint-meeting, Neighbourhood Health Centre and Grisedale Croft asks.
