Letter to Council Leader & Councillors re Equality Impact Assessment and PSED
Given the expectations of the Public Sector Equality Duty, the Equality Impact Assessment obtained via a Freedom of Information request is entirely inadequate and fails to meet requirements. We are writing to point out the failure and the need to halt the consultation and undertake a proper EIA before restarting.
